Game #2
UConn Huskies @ Northeastern Huskies
Sat. Jan. 3, 2015 - Matthews Arena in Boston, MA
Sport: Women's Ice Hockey
Position: Public Address Announcer

In game one of my Saturday, I served as the PA Announcer for Northeastern women's hockey vs. UConn in a Hockey East match-up. It was the battle of the Huskies, so I tried to refrain from saying "Huskies" when announcing goals, penalties, etc., just to avoid any confusion.  This year is my first season doing the majority of PA for the women's hockey team, and I enjoy it greatly. It gets a little cold being rinkside, but you get to see some good action, including this fantastic goal by U.S. Olympian Kendall Coyne (it was also #9 on SportsCenter's Top 10).

Game #3
Air Force Falcons @ Holy Cross Crusaders
Sat. Jan. 3, 2015 - Hart Center in Worcester, MA
Sport: Men's Ice Hockey
Position: Public Address Announcer

After a commute from Boston to Worcester, it was time for game two of my day. This was my first time working a Holy Cross hockey game. 2014 was my first season as the PA announcer for Holy Cross football. Crusaders came away with the win over the Falcons 3-1. I'll be back in Worcester a few more times coming up for hockey and basketball.

Short update tonight. I had today (Sunday) off, but I'm pretty busy the next two days. Monday at 12pm I will be the color commentator for Harvard women's basketball on the Ivy League Digital Network. Then at 7pm I will be running the Shot Clock for Northeastern men's basketball.

On Tuesday you can find me hosting on Patriots.com Radio from 2-4pm
.
