About Scott

Scott Sudikoff is a Chicago-based sports play-by-play broadcaster and the Voice of the Ramblers at Loyola University Chicago, where he serves as the radio voice for men's basketball and calls television coverage of men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, softball, and women's basketball.

Since 2023, Scott has also served as Talent Coordinator for the Big Ten Network Student U program at the University of Illinois, where he schedules and mentors student broadcasters while also calling soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball games.

A University of Maryland broadcast journalism graduate, Scott built his career across two major markets. He spent six years as a play-by-play voice for Harvard University and the Ivy League Network (distributed on ESPN3/ESPN+) before relocating to Chicago in 2019. During his time in Boston, he also served as a radio update anchor at WEEI, one of the country's premier sports radio stations, highlighted by a stint as a Boston Red Sox pregame and postgame host in the summer of 2013. Scott also worked with the Boston-based Lax Sports Network on coverage of lacrosse across all levels of the sport; serving as a host, anchor and play-by-play broadcaster.

Scott has maintained a decade-long relationship with Rush Media, a Wisconsin-based production company that has placed him on some of his most prestigious assignments. That relationship began with Ivy League Football on Fox College Sports in 2016 and grew to include the Big East Men's Lacrosse Championship on FS1, CAA Football on CBS Digital (18 games over two seasons), Major League Lacrosse, Big 12 baseball and soccer, and Big Ten soccer; including a Penn State vs. Michigan women's match on FS1 in October 2021.

His broadcast portfolio spans a remarkable range of sports; football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, field hockey, ice hockey, track & field, water polo, and more. Among his most notable assignments: the NCAA Division I Women's Hockey Frozen Four including the 2016 National Championship game, and the 2021 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball National Championship.

In addition to his play-by-play work, Scott has experience as a studio host, radio host, public address announcer, and MC. He also offers consulting services for aspiring broadcasters, including demo reel critiques and career coaching. Scott is actively seeking new opportunities to expand his portfolio. Producers, agents, and collaborators are welcome to reach out.
